Return Policy

Items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method you used.

Opened packages will not qualify for a refund. Items returned after the 90 day window will only qualify for store credit.

Please contact our customer service team via our online contact form to initiate the refund process. We will provide you with a shipping label and return form. Fill out the form and include it in your package when sending your contact lenses back to us.
